Our Story

Caroline's By The Bay offers a fun and relaxing atmosphere with lively indoor and outdoor bars, a recently renovated indoor dining room and bar (great for events!), and an expansive bayside deck and dining area. Our outdoor space offers impressive views and live entertainment! 

During the colder months, we convert our tavern into a dance floor and feature live entertainment every weekend all winter long!

We are thrilled to announce that Las Olas Taqueria NJ has taken over the kitchen at Caroline's! Las Olas will offer authentic Cali-style Mexican food plus the American classics! Las Olas's SoCal/Baja style of cuisine has been tremendously successful since they opened their first Marmora location in 2021. They are thrilled to open their second location inside of Caroline's!
